Coaching is a client-centered, action-learning process that helps clients move towards meaningful goals.
The results of our work together are cumulative and the best results happen because of your openness, consistency, and follow-through. I will be with you every step of the way!
Coaching sessions are designed to help you get clairity and learn more about yourself. During our sessions I’ll also help you find new ways to reach your goals.
The length of the coaching sessions is based on your goals and schedule. Generally, there will be 45-50 minutes of coaching every two weeks.
I have found that it takes at least three months for people to start to shift internally and externally. To do this, you must first be aware of what you want to change. Then you can start showing up differently.
